For those of you looking for another option, one step up from the recreational beginning level league opportunities,
there is finally a viable, affordable opportunity for you through Gridiron Football.
FALL LEAGUE DETAILS (Season kicks off September 6!)
We are focused on the staple of league organization which will include:
Timely and consistent communication
Fair rules, accountability of roster verification
Every team matter, with all divisions providing league championships (regardless of how many games teams win during regular season!)
Detailed operations and follow through
Courtesy to families who are multi-sport committed, understanding timelines and schedules
Honesty and working with families to ensure a safe, fair and fun environment exists.
State high school league coaches, spectator decorum for safety.
5 on 5 (preferably 8 player minimum to make sure teams are available with conflicts, etc)
Location: Northern Colorado area fields, Mountain View High School, Loveland Sports Park and others closely located off I-25
Additional location includes Longmont area (now 9th year)Who can play? Any team, local or regional looking to compete and have fun!
Grade levels: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 age divisions
Cost: Early Bird Registration: Opens July 6th = $175 and goes through July 27th
- Regular Registration = $189 and runs July 28th through to August 20th
- Late Registration = +$25 and runs August 21st until Sept 1st.
Format: 7 games, including 1 playoff game guaranteed (8 MINIMUM total)
Running clock until last two minutes, which includes Pro Clock timing (stopped as all football rules allow)
Mercy rule applies 35+ points at any time.
Officials are hired by league coordinator, typically high school/college athletes, and adults certified to officiate in state high school league games
Divisions include Average/Tier II levels, Advanced Tier 1 levels
Game dates: Saturday’s, September 6, 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18, 25, playoffs November 1
Teams do NOT play every weekend, as schedule is set per final team registrations. Times are typically late morning, early afternoon timeslots
