Season:
Exact dates are currently being determined. Saturday/Sunday consideration, but it is imperative that the state high school league officials are available. Saturday’s, C and D level high school teams play in the mornings, therefore, many officials will choose NOT to work Saturday afternoons. Therefore, Sundays are a viable option, guaranteeing more officials certified willing to work 2-4 games per location. Without qualified officials, the league will not operate on an acceptable level of expectations of parents, players, coaches, and club directors.

Estimated dates:
Sat/Sun, Aug 15-16 (preseason)
Sat/Sun, Aug 22-23 (regular season 1)
Sat/Sun, Aug 29-30 (regular season 2)
Sat/Sun, Sept 12-13 (regular season 3)
Sat/Sun, Sept 19-20 (regular season 4)
Sat/Sun, Sept 26-27 (regular season 5)
Sat/Sun, Oct 3-4 (regular season 6)
Sat/Sun, Oct 10-11 (playoffs)

Divisions: 8 teams maximum (1st year) for grade levels 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Grades. (48 total)

Results-based scheduling: The season starts with a preseason game. There are 6 regular season games and playoff weekend. Each weekend, teams play opponents with similar points and records (called results-based scheduling).

Early Registration Commitment: July 15 deadline ($500.00 per team deposit) guarantees your team 1 of 48 spots. Once 8 spots per grade fill, no expansion. Focus: fewer players, better quality, flawless execution, clear communication.

Communication: The league is managed via Google Docs, where all schedules, updates, and results are stored in one link for easy daily access by parents and coaches. Emails and texts are sent to head coaches and team communication directors. Once set up, parents receive updates directly without needing to contact coaches. We communicate with every coach, of every team, each week after game results, and prior to each game being played to ensure open communication.

Level: This league is for beginner to intermediate teams. All-star teams aiming for national competition should not join (1st year).
Free Agents: Accepting free agents to join community teams. Register to be matched, or contact teams directly to find the best fit. A fair and unbiased process is essential.
Transparency of Costs: Final costs for field rental, referees (5 per game), field managers, game day operations, marketing, and league management are still pending. We charge one fee per team, not per player, to keep costs lower and more affordable than other leagues in northern Colorado. Team fee is inclusive of ALL expenses to operate the league with the exception of equipment rental.

Officials: One of the most important aspects of the league is having CERTIFIED officiating crews for all games. Games are assigned by Northern Colorado Sports Officials, and our league rules will mirror the state high school league middle school guidelines. Modifications of rules are timing, with 6-8th grade 8 minute quarters (stopped time), and 3-5th grades 6 minute stopped time. All rules pending HERE for download

Geographical requirements of teams: Northern Colorado based with Longmont north to Wyoming, eastern plains, Estes Park regional mountain, and considerations for Wyoming teams.

Regions: Northwest and Northeast of I-25. Southwest and Southeast of I-25.

Where will you play: Local northern Colorado location; no long road trips for games.

Equipment: We do NOT sell or rent equipment. We offer vendors for teams to get CERTIFIED, safe gear. Your child’s safety is key—avoid used rentals or uncertified gear. Teams save by using their own resources. “Certified” used equipment isn’t always safe.
Option 1: You can rent certified equipment from vendors.
Option 2: You can purchase used equipment from certified vendors.
Option 3: You can purchase new equipment from certified vendors.
We will not, nor should we generate income to our company for equipment rentals or sales. We will NOT have a partnership with a payback revenue source.

Game Day Operations: Each field has a paid monitor for all games; scoreboard and field crews are paid. Being on location, customer service driven for safety and accountability are imperative.
